Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Must be returned in brand new condition (excluding preowned items)
  • Original manual, instruction booklet, certificate of authenticity must be included (Including warranty card)
  • Original tags must be included
  • Customer's are responsible for return shipping cost (excluding damaged goods)
  • Customers must ship Via insured mail with signature with either UPS, FedEx or USPS
  • Must be returned within 30 days of when the item is delivery

Exchange Policy

  • Customers are eligible for exchange for equal value with no extra cost
  • Items that are more in value are required to pay the difference of the total
  • Items that are less in value ( contact customer support) to receive you balance refund

We have the rights to refuse and item that comes back with any wear and tear, scratches, open case backs, or any other signs of use. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages upon delivery, this is why we recommend signature on all packages.
